Born and raised in Los Angeles, Michelle Kingdom studied drawing and painting in college, earning a Bachelor’s degree in fine art from UCLA. She has been involved in various fields of artand design throughout her career, including fashion design and art education. As a self-taught embroidery artist, Michelle has been quietly creating figurative narratives in thread for years. Now she exhibits her work internationally, and her embroideries are held in private collections.
