ABOUT ELISE CHOU

Elise (Yihan) Chou is a perpetual dilettante. In addition to a collagist, she is a painter, printmaker, (ex) classical pianist, and a writer with an unhealthy fixation on sea creatures and colonialism. She was a 2013 New Jersey Scholar, has work in The Columbia Review and Prick of the Spindle, and owns some shiny medals from YoungArts and the Scholastic Art and Writing Contest. She's currently finishing her freshman year at Columbia University with hopes of majoring in comp. lit., and her plans for the summer comprise reading Adorno, finishing a bad poetry collection, sleeping.
